Absolutely. Our Build On Your Land program is designed for homeowners who already own property in Wichita or surrounding areas. We help you choose the right floor plan (or bring your own) and guide you through every step—from site prep to final inspection.
Can I customize the exterior and interior of my home?
Yes! From roofing and siding to flooring, cabinetry, lighting, and layout—you’ll meet with our design team to personalize every detail.
We want your home in Andover, El Dorado, or anywhere in the Wichita area to reflect your unique style.
Do you help with site evaluations before building?
Yes. We offer free site evaluations for properties in Sedgwick and Butler counties, including Augusta, Derby, Valley Center, and more.
We’ll assess the land for utilities, drainage, access, and compatibility with your chosen floor plan.
Can I build a small or starter home with you?
Of course. Many of our homes start in the low $200s, making us a great choice for first-time homebuyers in Park City or Bel Aire. We also offer flexible floor plans that grow with your family.

Our Buena Vista neighborhood is located in Southeast Wichita, near Seltzer Elementary, Southeast High School, and Minneha Magnet. It’s a low-traffic pocket neighborhood just minutes from major roads, shopping, schools, and parks.
What floor plans do you offer?
We offer a variety of customizable home models—from open-concept family homes to cozy starter homes. All floor plans are designed with Kansas living in mind and can be tailored to your specific needs.
Prefer to bring your own architect’s plans? We can build from those too.
How long does it take to build a home in Wichita or the surrounding area?
Most custom homes take 6–9 months, depending on weather, permitting, and the complexity of your plan. We’ll give you a clear timeline and keep you updated throughout the process.
For those in a hurry, we also offer move-in-ready homes in Wichita and Andover.
Are there financing options available for custom homes?
While we don’t provide financing directly, we partner with several local mortgage lenders in Wichita and Butler County who specialize in construction loans.
